Haily and Michael are ENGAGED!! They originally booked me for a February of 2023 wedding, but just moved up their date to this fall. I can't wait!!!

We met in mid March for their engagement photos and it was a challenging day. We planned their session for two weeks prior at Jordan Lake, but had to reschedule due to the rain. Fast forward to the rescheduled day of the session - the day was mostly cloudy, but cleared right up right before the session began. Then, when we arrived, the beach I normally shoot at was COMPLETELY flooded! The beach was basically non-existant. I was bummed because that spot is my favorite, but we were able to shoot on the other beach and it ended up fine! We had a pretty windy day though & it was chilly towards the end - but we were able to create beautiful photos and have a lot of fun together!!

Haily and Michael met and began dating during the pandemic. Haily said that she broke all of the "online dating rules" by going to his place the first time they met rather than meeting in a public place. During a pandemic though, they were limited on where they could go!! I am happy to say that they are in a happy, strong relationship and Haily didn't get kidnapped the day they met 🤣 They are such a fun couple! I could feel the love between the two of them during our whole time together. There were lots of laughs and joking around with each other!!
