Eryn is officially graduated from NC State!

I photographed Eryn just under 2 weeks before she graduated on May 7th from North Carolina State University. She graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology and is considering going back to school for nursing. She plans to work a nursing job this summer while she decides if she wants to go back to school for another two years.

I met Eryn on a hot Tuesday morning at the end of April for her photos. We had planned to meet that afternoon but storms were in the forecast, so we were able to move the time up. There weren't many grad sessions going on around campus that morning which was nice for us! Not having to wait for to long at each photo spot is always a plus. We took photos at the Belltower, Court of Carolina stairs, and on a pathway by Poe Hall, which is where she spent a lot of time for her classes.

Eryn's friends came along to the session to help carry thing and hype her up! I loved that she had a hype squad!! They also had fun ideas for different shots and poses! We snuck them in for a few photos as well.

Eryn lost her boyfriend Ben back in October to a tragic accident on campus. They were both set to graduate together this spring. In honor of Ben, Eryn brought a framed photo of him to hold for a few shots. I'm so glad that she was able to honor him through her graduation photos!

Eryn also brought a bottle of Tequila as well for a few photos! I loved that she decided to do this instead of the champagne photos that most people do - having her own spin on it made it so fun!!
