Alright yall, pumpkin head photos are SO fun!!!! I saw this idea on Pinterest and just had to do it. I had a wonderful couple volunteer to be my models for this shoot and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! They put so much effort into finding the perfect pumpkins and carving them the best way possible. They put so much thought into everything leading up to the shoot & then killed the shoot itself! I am so glad I met them! 馃グ

We got a few funny faces from people passing by while doing this but it was so worth it. Here is a few tips we learned through this process:

1 - Find BIG pumpkins! You need pumpkins big enough to fit comfortably over your head. Be careful while they are on your head though, it is easy to tip over due to the weight of the pumpkins.

2 - Wear a beanie over your head and face during the shoot - one, this will save you from getting pumpkin guts in your hair and on your face. Two, it will keep your face covered which will help hide it in the photos.

3 - Prepare to not be able to see during the shoot 馃ぃ When your photographer is giving you prompts and poses, you may have to feel around for your partner or location. Be careful not to trip over something!

4 - Take your pumpkin head off for breathing breaks - you will need it!

5 - Have fun! Be willing to do silly poses and enjoy your time taking these memorable photos!
