At the end of September, I hosted a styled bridal shoot and had such a blast! I had a great venue, vendors, and models that came together to bring my vision to life.

The shoot took place at the Laurelbrook, a very stunning and unique venue located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. The space is bright, industrial, and electric, but also simple enough to allow any vision be brought to life. During the shoot, we kept the Laurelbrook in it's simplest form and worked with the floor to ceiling industrial windows to capture some great images. We also took photos in their outdoor courtyard with greenery and white walls.

Bloom Works provided florals for the styled shoot. They brought my vision to life and did a great job. The bridal bouquet provided by Bloom Works had elegant energy for a simple and bright bridal look. Bloom Works is located right next door to the Laurelbrook, making planning easy for any wedding.

Professional makeup was done by Avery Begley Scales for this shoot. Caitlin told me that she had a blast with Avery and that their time spent together was fun! Her bridal makeup turned out beautiful!

My wonderful models, Caitlin and Michael, are currently engaged to be married in April of 2022. They met and went on a few dates right before the pandemic hit. Once the pandemic hit, they went on different types of dates, like adventures to the mountains and the Outer Banks. During this styled shoot, they did a true first look. This was the first time Michael has seen Caitlin in a wedding dress, and his reaction was so sweet. The love between these two is so strong. They are such sweet people and I am so glad to have met them!!
